Technical Support

Latency Issues When Recording

Q: How do I fix latency issues (delay in headphones) when I am recording?
A: If you notice a delay in your headphones, try the following:

  1. Open your audio settings and navigate to the playback engine.
  2. Lower your buffer size to 128 samples (or the lowest setting available). (Higher sample sizes can result in increased latency.)
  3. Note that lowering the buffer size demands more CPU power. Experiment to find the optimal balance between low latency and system performance.

Missing Plugin Error

Q: I have all of the required plugins but am receiving a “Missing Plugin” error. How can I fix this?
A: Please follow these steps:

  1. Reinstall the missing or required plugins, and re-scan both VST/VST3 versions in your DAW.
  2. Ensure that all required plugins are active and updated.
  3. Verify that your DAW is also updated and registered.
  4. Restart your computer and reopen the template.

Important: Templates will not load cracked plugins or DAWs. Please update both the ownership details and the plugin itself before opening the template.

No Sound After Recording

Q: I can’t hear any sound after I record. What do I do?
A: If you are not hearing sound from the “Record Here” track, please:

  1. Check your audio settings and verify that the input/output assignments are correct.
  2. Confirm that the input on the affected track is set appropriately.
  3. Ensure that all plugins in the signal chain are active, as an inactive plugin may prevent audio playback.
