Compressor Controls & Functions:

Attack – Tight / Open

• Tight = Fast attack
• Open = Slow attack

Threshold – More EFX / No EFX

• Adjusts the threshold level, determining when compression is applied.

Release – Aggressive / Smooth

• Aggressive = Fast release
• Smooth = Slow release

Makeup Gain – Louder / Silence

• Louder increases the volume after compression.
• Silence lowers the output level.

Transparent Button

• Enables standard compression behavior without added tonal shaping.

Hype Button

• Introduces saturation, enhancing transients and creating a thicker, fuller sound.

Compression Ratios – Light → Medium → Heavy → Smash

• Light = 2:1
• Medium = 4:1
• Heavy = 8:1
• Smash = 50:1

Auto Gain Button

• Automatically compensates for volume loss caused by gain reduction, maintaining level consistency.
